This work aims to develop a Cinematic Virtual Reality experience to fully understand matters of presence, perspective third person, and the spectator’s response limitation within the CVR environment.
I use 3D modeling, 360-degree images, VR, and performance techniques as a tool to investigate how we humans accept and experience reality without physically being there. A reality that immerses users in an environment while disembodying them.

HOW DO VISUAL STIMULI SHAPE CULTURAL IDENTITY?
The interplay between art, technology, psychology, and culture has been the theme of my research. I test my methodology through art installations that use digital tools as a way to critically reflect on new technologies of visual stimuli and to remobilize their potential to reveal the impact of false and manipulated data into a form of digital hypnosis.

PERCEPTION IS A SELECTION.
APOR is a reflection on the constant barrage of fragmented information, revelations, crisis, news, and social media that imposes itself on us, we who are destined to be “linked” through technology, in a gradual drain of our subjectivity.
A collection of my old work mixed with, social media images and news. I use it in the APOR experience to subliminally impact the visitor.
